In that regard, David Harutyunyan expressed his readiness to cooperate with VivaCell-MTS and listen to the company's ideas and suggestions on the obstacles in business and overcoming them.

According to VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian, about twelve years of operation that have led the Company to leadership and much stronger positions in the market were not achieved overnight, and resulted from well-thought-out and committed activities.

“These have been years of dynamic developments, ups and downs, frustrations and excitement, but more importantly these were years of constant self-monitoring, evaluation and self-improvement. However, if there is no synergy between internal drive for self-perfection from within, accompanied by compliance to legislation and norms, there can be no sustainable development and long-term performance,” said Ralph Yirikian, and stressed further that VivaCell-MTS is ready to share its real-world expertise with the Ministry of Justice, for the development and improvement of respective legislation.

The parties exchanged views in an open format. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Justice and VivaCell-MTS.
