Beeline holds the biggest Customer Day of 2017

Beeline has held the biggest Customer Day of 2017. During the event, top managers of the company spent three days working with Beeline clients in the sales and customer care offices.



The event included almost all Beeline Armenia offices, where the customers were greeted and served by more than 120 managers and staffers of the company.

“This project, called Customer Day, is a popular event not only for our subscribers, but for the staff too. The reason for the anticipation is that the Customer Day allows us to communicate with subscribers directly, answer relevant questions, make offers, and get feedback. It is worth noticing that we realize the customers’ offers and wishes as soon as possible, as many staffers come forward with corresponding initiatives after the event,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

Apart from the customer days held each quarter, Beeline subscribers have other ways to leave feedback, such as make comments and assessments after applying to offices or customer service centers of the company. Beeline received and processed over 130 000 applications last year.
