Quality of customer service in Beeline sales offices has significantly improved over the last few months, Igor Klimko believes

Yerevan /Mediamax/. The new flagman office of Beeline will open on September 15 on North Avenue in Yerevan.

General Director of “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) Igor Klimko said this in an interview to Mediamax today.

He noted that during five months of his work in Armenia, the quality of customer service in sales offices “has significantly improved”. Igor Klimko noted that this is a positive program, and the new flagman office will be meant not only for providing services to individuals, but also corporate customers.

According to him, within the framework of the program to improve the quality of subscriber service, employees of Yerevan and regional offices of the company pass training. Igor Klimko also stated the company’s intention to cooperate with media, aiming at involving them as public entities to receive subscriber complaints. 

General Director of Beeline stated that, as a rule, subscribers avoid presenting their complaints directly in customer service offices and send their letters to the media. “We intend to start cooperation with the press and as far as possible solve all disputable issues”, Igor Klimko stated.
